Waitlist signup
When you sign up for the CA FM waitlist, we process your email address as well as optional details such as manager name, country and language preference. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual communication).
The purpose of this processing is to prepare the product launch and to notify you about alpha and beta phases — and, if you opted in explicitly, to send product news.
Email delivery (Resend)
We use the email delivery service Resend (resend.com, operated by Resend, Inc., USA) to send transactional and confirmation emails. Email address, language and message content are transmitted to Resend for delivery. Resend acts as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. International transfers take place under Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
Newsletter
If you opted in for product news and updates, this is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time with effect for the future — a short email to contact@c-arena.com is enough.
Storage
We store waitlist data until launch or until you withdraw your consent. After that, data is deleted unless we are required by law to keep it.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights — including deleting your waitlist entry — please contact us at contact@c-arena.com.
